All rain here in Annapolis! 4 or 5 more weeks! Was down at the boat again this past weekend for a bit under the cover. Starting to do a few maintenance items and maybe a little cleaning inside.

We can use these winter months to plan cruises and save for fuel money. If the fuel price stay low we can do a lot more trips! I know we are going to make it to PIB at least twice this summer.
She Captain, We try to go to South Bass four or five times a year (Founders weekend we do business on the island). Since we are back into boating, This year we're going to do a week on South Bass (even though we know that island like the back of our hand spending at least 4 trips up there a year) We are doing a week on Middle Bass (haven't been there in 50 years since I was a kid) and they have the new State Park marina there. We are doing 4 weekends on Kelleys. That must be a great trip for you to PIB from off of Lake St Clair, Detroit River. We are planning a trip up that way in 2016. We'd like to take a month and go to Green Bay Wisconsin via the lakes, take in a game in September and then back to Cleveland. Will have to pick your brains on the trip up that way through St Clair Lake.

I'm jealous DI, our Bay is 36 degrees and the little lake at my cottage still has a skim of ice that should be gone by the end of the week. It was a rough one this year for sure.
My kids went swimming in the pool on Saturday. I pushed it up to 80F temporarily, so that I didn't have to bring them to the hospital with hypothermia. LOL.
I can't even figure how you all survive the winter and the cost of storing and taking care of your boats- we boat all year in central Florida. While the "cooler" weather scares off the fair weather boaters, we enjoy the less traffic on the water way. I lived in ND for a few years so I know cold weather- I'll stick with FL thank you very much!
