Does anyone know where to get these for a reasonable price? I saw ebay and Greatlakeskipper.. I think $500 is too much..

I thought the same thing. I just need the treads, not the entire setup.

Ditto on just needing the steps.  GLS has steps for $100 each, but they don't have the treads like that.  We're replacing the carpet with LonSeal and would love to have the steps minus carpet.  If someone finds a source for the steps like what is pictured above, please share.

If you are handy with wood why not make it yourself... Just go to Home Depot and buy a stair tread ( the ones that cover existing stairs) and cut it in half... there you go... a little bit of shaping and sanding and there you go.

I am the opposite of handy with wood.  We don't get along at all.

Someone had some nice ones he made for sale. He also showed a pictorial on how he made them. The thread is below.

Rybo3 ...did you ever find out what was under the carpet?
We really like the idea of wood steps.

Wish we could reach out to Randy Rinker now... He would probably give up all of their third party vendors like the tread manufacturer.

You don't still have snow, do you??  Heck, I've got ducks laying eggs in my power cables on the dock down here already!

We had snow flurries the other day but no more snow on the ground. Its been cold and rainy lately but hopefully the weather is going to break. My boat should be this weekend.....
