gearshift arm rest

I have a 2004 212 and noticed that Rinker starting placing an armrest next to the gear shift on newer models. I cannot find this part anywhere to put on my '04. Does anyone know where I can find this part?

I know this is an old thread, but did anyone ever find a way to get one of these arm rests, or maybe make one that looks good?
