Marine Stereo - 2006 Rinker 250 EC

for the second year in a row my rear (stern) 2 speakers do not work. The main 4 (two in the cabin and 2 central cockpit) work fine. Last year I had to change out the amplifier in order to get the rear 2 speakers working. Could this have happened again?  Why am I blowing the external amp every winter?  Any other suggestions on why I continue to have problems with only the rear speakers?

I feel your pain. Have you checked the speaker wire polarity?

Handy - I have not, but will. I changed out all 6 speakers 3 years ago and they all worked fine, again until each winter when the amp,seems to blow...

Are the components getting wet from condensate during winter.
