2005 FV250 CD changer

I searched for "stereo" and "250 FV" to try to find an answer to my question....with no luck.
Seems the cd controller on our boat does not reach the opening in the cabinet. I need to pull it about 3 inches in order to install it in the opening.
Is there adequate wire length behind the cabinet if I remove it to reach them?
I cannot believe that Rinker tried to install the stereo without the wires being long enough.
I know I should have stomped my foot when I took delivery but I almost immediately slipped the boat 200 miles to the north
Is there excess wire length or am I gonna have to break out my soldering iron?

there should be enough wire any one i have ever played with had enough

I might be able to coax enough by working the corrugated wire cover up through the harness clamp.
I'd really like to avoid removing the cabinet
