2002 342 Cabin door repair, removal

My cabin door has issues!  The tracks are loose, some of the screws stripped.  I also think the trucks are worn out.  Has anyone removed the fiberglass that covers the door when it's open?  Anything I should pay special attention to or is it pretty straight forward?

I'd like to "fix" mine too.  I put some lithium grease in the track but I'm pretty sure the issue is the truck.

On my boat It looks like I Would have to remove the windows and the whole helm area. Maybe yours is setup different. But I would love to fix my door too. Post some pics of what you got going on
