Things to make sure I receive from previous owner

Hello,

I am purchasing a 2004 Rinker 342 Fiesta Vee. Not all accessories were on the boat when we looked at it so I want to make sure I know what to make sure I get before closing.

What I did see on the boat was full camper canvas, cover for cockpit, all but one cushion, keys. 

Is there a list of original items that came with the boat?

Anything that comes to mind to make sure I receive?

The two shore power cords for sure. Some sellers will leave 2 lines, 2 fenders. If they sill have the bag of manuals for all of the different systems, get that. It will help with troubleshooting. Congrats on the new boat!

Over and above the above, key to open water and waste tank. Cabin door key. Bug screen to cover skylight portal, mattress for aft cabin, in filler cushion for forward berth, min safety gear.

Remotes for any TV's?  If there is a safe, keys for it.  Definitely any manuals as mentioned is good.  Maybe general spare parts if you can.  Poles to hold up cockpit canvas.

Our 342 included a bow pad and the 2 filler cushions for the cockpit.   Not to mention ALL the factory bedding, which is now in storage.  Wife just made a replacement cover for the V berth.
