    this was in a bag of spare parts I found on the boat.  I have no idea what this is for?

    That looks like a thermocouple to calibrate an oven.

    pulled the microwave manual and don't see any mention of a probe.  maybe it has nothing to do with the boat.  like I said, it was in a bag of spare parts for the boat.  impellers, bulbs, fused and other misc stuff.

     Previous owner put it in the bag to throw you for a loop! :D   Seriously, it looks like a thermocouple, so microwave is about it.  Or he had something that would measure the water temp.

    Meat temp probe for grilling.It plugs into a small box (battery operated) w/ a digital display and alarm when your meat is @ the correct temp.

    I think aliens use those when they abduct people.  And we all know what kind of probing they do.   :o

    It's a meat thermometer probe.  Plugs into a digital display.
