Reverse Polarity issue

 When plugging in this spring to my regular outlet on shore, the green light showing correct polarity is on . When  turning  on   110 breakers the reverse red light comes on . The stove is the only exception . All was fine last fall but had two dead batteries this spring  ,one house and  port engine , not sure if that connected. Replaced both batteries  not same result. Disconnected  live wire to  charger with no change .

 Any suggestions would be appreciated

 Where would I find the 110V ground on a  2004  342 ?

Further  investigation  , the vacuum  system , range and air conditioner  breakers don't  turn on the reverse polarity light . All other breaker trigger reverse light . Totally  removed AC wires from battery charger-  no help

Use the black rectangle box right above where you are typing has a corner folded over

have you checked all you gfi plugs to make sure none of those are tripped?

Well the next thing I would check is a loose wire behind the breakers warning there is not a lot of extra wire in there and it is a pain in the back side. Not to sound like a smart @$$ but are you sure no wires were put back wrong or forgotten when the batteries were changed or maybe knocked loose?

  I a m quite sure the batteries are connected correctly but would they have any effect on AC voltage ? The odd thing is that for the fist time I ended up with 2 dead batteries this spring . I assumed it was the charger but no improvement  after disconnecting the AC wire to the charger .

Start checking wires and breakers maybe something went bad and is grounding out

 FOUND THE PROBLEM !!!

 started at the source. checked the connectors    and found the connector at the shore power connection  not making good contact --easy fix
