270 Fiesta Vee staring Hydraulic fluid

Hi Guys,

I just purchased a 05 Rinker 270 Fiesta Vee and I have some questions about it. It has kind of hard steering steering wheel, which I hope to fix very easily, I couldn't find where could I add a hydraulic fluid to it? Can somebody help me with this? Any other suggestions?

    There's a plastic reservoir tank mounted to the front of the engine.  (The engine also has a reservoir tank for the outdrive gear lube, so make sure you fill the right one.)

    I had to replace my steering cable 3 seasons ago.  Well actually the mechanic did and he had a **** of a time.  He complained that on the 360 you had to remove the entire helm.
