Thanks, but the forum members did the hard work of developing the answers.  All I did was assemble them!  

It reminds me a FAQ I wrote back in the Dark Ages of Usenet "newsgroups."  That was over 20 years ago when I was a freshly minted PhD doing research on noise control.  Forums have evolved quite a lot since then, but one thing hasn't changed:  the need for a good FAQ.
