Accessory Panel Is Dead

funypagesfunypages Member Posts: 9

I have a 2000 Rinker 232. For some reason all of my accessories are dead. Is there a master fuse or something that controls the power supply to them? I want to make sure that I know what I'm doing before I attempt to fix this issue.

Thanks

I believe so. Check by the battery switch as there should be a breaker for the helm power.

Thank you...I'll look for the breaker.   All gauges on dash work fine. The accessories

on the side panel...blower, nav lights, bilge pump, fresh water pump are all dead.

Could also be your house battery. I believe your gauges run off your crank battery.

Check the multipin connector in the engine compartment. I had the pin push out on my 232 a few years ago. I just had to reset the red wire and all was good.

Sometimes in the haste of getting her ready in the spring, a wire may not have been connected at the battery if there are multiple cables going to the batteries...... ;)

It appears that the connection to the house battery was bad. I tweaked it a bit and all seems OK.  Thanks to all of you for your valued suggestions.
