water heater - electric problem

hi, the water heater dosen't work on my rinker 280 (2008) boat, if I use shore power. There isn't power in cable, at the water heater. In switch box - in cabin - at fuse is ok, there is power. I think, there is problem in cable somewhere.... Can you help, where to go the water heater's cable? - or have you other ideas? Thx!

Try shutting off the breaker and take apart the plug in the bilge at the front of the heater and make sure its not rusted up. I know a lot of people just bypass the cord connectors and splice out the wires. Those plugs (mine is black square) cause a lot of problems.

I looked at it.... - it is okay. (I use the boat on freshwater - no rust anywhere)

Check the cable first for continuity. Do you have a multi meter?

I checked the power in water heater (with multimeter) - and there is 220v power....  I checked the water heater element 91581, and that is wrong. I'm in Europe, and in Europe isn't Atwood dealer, service... So, I must it from USA order... Can you help, where can I order it? - who deliver to Europe!!! THX.
