Aftermarket windlass installation on a 276CC

Just took ownership of a 2013 276CC and would like to know if anyone has installed a windlass on their boat? Make/model and general comment on getting this done? DIY or dealer installed, approx. cost?

Looks like your boat already has a spot for it, and Rinker bolts them in under that hatch on the bow so it shouldn't be too hard a job.  Prices range from around $700 to $1000 but I have no idea what it might cost to install if you pay someone to do it.

We have a factory installed model on our 276. It's a Lewmar 600 Horizon. I'm 3/4's competent with tools. Don't think I'd attempt it for install. Get a pro to do it.....
