Why would water be leaking out of the console when we were at higher speeds on plane?

We have a 2004 Captiva 192. Water started leaking out of the console while we were riding at a higher speed and on plane.  It's only the 3rd time we have taken boat out and didn't have this problem the first weekend out. No water coming out when we turn on bilge pump.

Open bow, right?  Check under the cushions up front and see if the compartment is flooded and stopped... Leaves from pin oaks in my side yard love to drift into mine, which ultimately find there way to the lil hole in that thing blocking the drains... Other than that?  At a loss....
