2008 40 hardtop

I recently bought a 2008 the rocker switch labeled hardtop does not work anything does anyone know what it should work

Welcome to the forum I have the same boat that you do.  That switch works the dvd player in the hardtop.  When you hit the switch on, you should hear the two aft speakers at the top of your hardtop click.  It turns on the dvd player.

Where did you find your 400?  I know a couple people that have been looking to purchase one as well.

Yep, they've looked there as well as 2 in my area.  Most listed have a colored hull, which is not desired.  There is one in Rock Hall that is that pewter color that isn't as bad.
