fiesta vee 242 head floor drain backing up dirty water

We have a fiesta vee 2000' 242 and the bathroom floor drain is backing up dirty water?  Also pump keeps on?  Any ideas?

Take a look under the steps that lead into the cabin. There is a shower sump pump, take the cover off there should be a screen in it that's probably clogged up. When you say pump do you mean the water pump or the sump pump? If it's the sump pump, the float may be stuck in the up position. If it's the water pump you could have a loose line somewhere causing the pressure not to build up.
