Removing Cabin Wall

Hello All,
Trying to get to the cable (tv) splitter behind the aft cabin wall on my Rinker 350. I pulled the flat screen off the wall and found the small hole in which the cable/TV power runs through, the splitter is back there....can kind of feel it with one finger. I see these small upholstered buttons holding the cabin wall to the side of the boat. Just wondered if anyone has experience taking those out? Are they screws? Are they like the automotive spikes that you just pull straight out?
