Swim Lights

I have swim lights on back of 290 EC.
They were working fine, but went out one night and very bumpy on way back.
Since then, they were dim, and blinked on and off every 2 seconds.
Now they don't work at all.
Light on dash board switch is lit, but lights don't turn on.
Is it possible I jarred a connection loose where wires hook up to lights???
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Loose wire on back of switch is where I would start

I would start at the lights, check for 12V on the wire feeding the lights, then work backwards all the way to the switch.
