Can a windlass be installed on a 2008 260EC that doesn't have one?

i just sold my 350EC and I am downsizing, maybe to a 260. The boat I'm considering does not have a factory windlass, and I am wondering if I could install an aftermarket Lewmar?

So the question is whether that is true or not. Have a look behind the cabin mirror and see if you can find the cables. Also do you have a breaker or power at the helm. My windlass is located slightly below and to the right of my steering wheel. There's a breaker and a switch. They sit below my remote control for my bow light.

If you get the boat, or of the current owner will let you, remove the switches and see if the wires are there. My friends 2007 270EC doesn't have a windlass (I know... different boat), but it is prewired for the windlass.
