Does anyone know if either of these are able to be used with my motors?  I know my motors have a CAN plug on the back.   Port Side Motor:  OM631640  Starboard Motor:  OM637646

The Merc gateway needs a SmartCraft port.  If your boat has DTS (digital throttle and shift), you probably have a SmartCraft junction box in the helm with an open port.  If not, it depends on how your boat is configured.

TikiHut connected a smart craft monitor onto his engines which did not have the junction box originally. Search up his post, if it helps.

I installed the mercury gateway on my 2002 350 horizon MPI.... I called mercruiser with my engine serial number and they were able to tell me if my engine was SmarCraft capable. My engine just barely "made the cut"... I have the gateway installed with a Garmin 741xs and it's fantastic... Real time GPH, etc...

Note -- if you have an autopilot, the Mercury Gateway might not be compatible with the autopilot.
