Navionics chip replacement 2g on ray marine c80

I bought a c80 ray marine to replace my c70.the c70 has a 2gb navionics chip .the c80 has a128 mb chip.when I insert the 2 gb chip in the c80 all I see is the ray marine name appear then screen goes grey.then ray marine shows again .i cannot figure out why a and it's frustrating as all my trips are on the 2 Gbps.
