Fresh water pump and Owners Handbook/Manual

2003 Fiesta Vee. (Recent Purchase)

Anyone know the location for the Fresh water pump and is it switched on for use, if so where.

Also is there a Owners Handbook/Manual that could be downloaded. I have the Mercruiser 5.0 MPI/Bravo manual from previous owner.

For the sinks, my old FV the pump was right beside the freshwater tank in the engine compartment.  The switch might be labeled "galley pump" and is either at the helm with all the other switches, or it's in the cabin.  Not to be confused with the bilge pump which also has a manual switch.

Rinker manuals are not specific for model or year.  Strictly general boating practices with some "typical" info.

OK,

Found the Pump, Tank and Galley switch.

Pump hums, water in tank, water in pipes in and out and glass filter 1/4 full.

Yet still no water at any of the taps.

The pump is a Jabsco Par-Max2 31595 - 0092

Can find agents for service kits etc, but cannot find any 'How to' instructions to take it apart and check the valves etc.

Any clues

Unscrew the glass filter and let the water flow out a bit and screw it back on. Then turn pump back on. Report back

and open faucets....

Now working, found where the previous owner had drained the whole system.
Had to prime system by filling pump and pipes.
