Just boat a new 246 captiva and one of the screws was missing on the cooler. Rinker modifies the lid with a sliding door on top so you can access it through the seat. I called rinker and the lady told me to go to the hardware store and buy a new screw. She told me they would charge me if I wanted them to send me one. That is some awesome customer service. I shouldn't have to waste my time and money fixing something they didn't do correctly to begin with.

I called Rinker again. They are going to ship me the screws. For some reason they thought I had a used boat.
