Our Generator will not start every time it does it blows fuses
its a Kolher 5E on a 342 any help or suggestions would be great, we changed the carburetor oil all the simple stuff
with no luck

Sure sounds like something is electrically grounded to me.

I'm sure you have looked at your wiring to and from its starting battery and your grounds for integrity?
