Has anyone change a docking lamp on the front of a Rinker 246BR?

One of my lamps have burned out and just checking with anyone about changing it out. Looks like removing the screws on the outside of the hull may get to it. Looks easy enough but that doesn't mean it is.

Just changed a bulb on my 226. Should be the same as your 246. Yes, access is gained from the exterior by removing the screws and removing the outer bezel. The bulb is a 50 Watt 12 volt halogen. I found a bunch of surplus bulbs at Princess Auto (Canada).
The springs on the retaining ring is a bit tricky but needle nose pliers do the trick. Patience.....
