tambour door at kitche sink

In trying to get the microwave out (boy what a job), I reversed the tambour door too far I believe.  I cannot get it to move correctly now.  Matter of fact it is stuck open.  Has anyone had this happen and if so, what is the solution.  Second question I have to take it out, any experience in that feat as well.  What works?
