Handy your comments do not deserve a response as usual....lol Parts its every minute of every day on sports talk. Lawyers and "experts" just laying on kinds of info out there. Trust me I have followed this very closely. I am a union rep and knew how the league was mishandling this. They will not win the appeal.

They didn't have anything on Roethlisberger and he manned up and took the suspension. Brady had to be a pu**y and take it to court. He also destroyed evidence.

I can't wait until I get disciplined at work. I am going to have my union take my company to federal court. I now have a legit case for a win!

Greg your facts are wrong. Brady never had to give his phone and the moron Goodell is the one that picked the court. I would never give in to anything if I did not do it. I also do not want to get into union talk but remember this, without unions you would not have prevailing wages or benefits. And that is a fact.

Yeah, I realized that.  I guess I was just sick of the crap-talk of my other forums, and opened my mouth here.  Out of line maybe, but I don't care really.  I like this forum because we talk about boating and fun in the summer, not about where I felt this thread was going.  Just me.  I just came back to comment because I felt bad about the way I phrased my frustration.  I'll ignore this thread from now on, so if I offended anyone, please feel free to ignore me back.

Wow, I see my name being throne around a lot here. Just to let everyone know (Ray) my last name is Goodell. LOL. I am no relation to Roger and don't really like the guy, even though he is from New York. Glad to see Brady back from the witch hunt even though I am a die hard NY fan.
