How can I replace the roller / mount? Is it bolted or screwed in? If bolted, how do I access the nuts?

If it's set up how my 2001 242 is its held in with screws and nuts on the inside. You can access the nuts through the mirror at the bow.

You may be okay on the 280. The 310s and 350/360 are not fun to replace.
