How long is a 270? I see adds for the same year boat (2006) some listing L.O.A. as 27ft, others  as 30ft.

    30' is with the swim platform and anchor roller included.

    I would think that is correct if it has a swim platform and with the anchor sticking out. I would say my 242 is around 27ft.

    Thanks. AERO is that swim platform factory? My 2000 242 does not have an extended and I am thinking of adding one to get more usable room, cheaper than a bigger boat, but not as much fun!

    The 2011 260EC is 28'10" LOA including swim deck and anchor holder.  The new models are a bit shorter (smaller swim platform).  So I'd imagine the 270 is close to 30'.

    I think my platform was an option from the dealer. So yes,I would say it's factory. You will be VERY happy if you add one. It gives you much more room to hang out on when your anchored.
