Fresh Water Pump Location 2014 Rinker 310

Can anyone tell me where the fresh water pump is located on my 2014 Rinker 310?  It quit working and I cannot locate it.  I took it to my local yard and they couldn't find it either.  They called Rinker but have not heard back yet.

Can you hear it when it runs?

It should be connected to the base of your fresh water tank. If you find the tank you should be able to see the pump.
