Does anyone know the carpet square footage on a 2003 342 fiesta vee?

I want to remove the carpet in the galley. Anyone have suggestions on how to proceed?

Just went though that on ours.  First I removed the stairs.  Then I took a knife and cut down the middle, and ripped it up.  It took a whole day to pull/scrape it up.  Then another half day to get the surface preped.  The carpet is glued to fiberglass.  No sub-floor, no padding.  I had Lonseal put in place of the carpet.  It comes in 6 foot wide rolls and I had to get 11 feet of it.  The flat part of the floor down below is about 40 inches across and over 10 feet long.

@Stodge "...hired the guy", even smarter LOL! Looks fantastic and should give @pfleury an idea. I think a couple of other guys on the forum have done cabin flooring re-vamps too?

I'm not good at cutting straight lines, and arts and crafts.  I'm better with wires, nuts and bolts.  We had this in place most of the season and we loved it.  Got a swiffer to keep on the boat for cleaning.
