Help! Can't get boat seat out!

We have been trying to get this boat seat off of our 2010 Rinker Captiva XL and it seems to be hitting metal or something. We have taken off the clamp and were told it should just come off but it doesn't. It gets caught up in something. Here are pics: what do we need to do to take it off? Thanks!

I'm not being much help here as I'm trying to remember the last time I did this. Are there two black levers under the seat, one for slide and one for swivel. I think I had to depress one or both while lifting to get a seat off. I had to get the Admiral to help me. It seemed simple once I figured-out the trick.

Might want to visit the Atwood web site and see if they have info on that seat base.  It's possible that it does not lift off and you have to un-bolt the seat from the base.

Got it! Michael you were right. We had to engage the black levers at the same time and it worked. Thank you!
