Wood Steps For Sale

I made 2 wood steps for my 270. They are finished except for the staining. Only problem is that I made them backwards. My 270 has the aft cabins entrance on the port side. I know there are Rinker models with the aft entrance on the starboard side. Make me an offer!! (the last picture is my finished step)

I feel like I am having visual acuity issues. From just the pictures it looks like the finished step (the good one) is just the other one turned upside down and with 3 stripes added. I assume that there are cutouts or something on the underside of the unfinished ones?

I made two backwards. If you mounted the step no one would probably even know but you. But because it would drive my crazy I made two more correctly. So ... I have 2 unfinished steps. You won't be able to flip the step because of the mounting bolts. Here's a picture of the bottom of the step and another of the top.

Beautiful job! Question: I'm building a cockpit table and I would like to install the metal pins to accept nuts that you have in your steps. Did you have them custom made at a metal shop or purchase them at a hardware store? MT

those are available at hardware store Rona or  Reno. You buy the insert and bolts or stud individually .

I glued two boards together to make the steps (white oak a hard dense wood). I knew the bolts would be under a lot of pressure. As you can see in the picture I router out the top board so it glues flush together. Second season and still look great and no problems

Finished product: I router out a line for rubber piping to prevent slipping

Handy,  Looks great.  Just ordered a set myself today.  The OEM steps are rather bendy when you step on them too.  These should do the trick and a nice visual adder!
