Moderators - Discussion Point Totals

Dear Moderators, While I am annoying you with questions, may I ask another? I may have lost my mind but I think there is a gentleman on our forum who (IMO) while not a point counter, has served this forum well and has had two different sign-in names. If so,  although it's ABSOLUTELY none of my business, I think it would be a nice touch to combine the "point totals" of the gentleman in question as a sign of respect for his many contributions. I believe he has had two forum sign-in names each with a number of points? Would it be possible to combine these under his latest sign-in? I doubt very much the gentleman in question would ever raise this question himself as IMO he's not that type of guy. Again, apologies if I have this wrong and apologies for a none-of-my-business comment.

The moderators are very limited on what we can do. I know myself and the other mod's have tried different things to help the site be better but cant.

I have a similar limitation at a site I'm a mod on.  The ownership changed hands and there has been very limited oversight.  The sad part is that the main page of the site has not had new content since the sale, about 3 years ago.

Yeah, our hands are tied behind our back.  Not a ton of extra things we can do on here as Moderators.  Moving posts or deleting them is probably the biggest thing we can do.

I thought mods can award points.  Just give the guy 300 extra points and be done with it.
