I've been in the process of doing the whole cockpit in Seadek.  Started with stripping the boat down and ordering a template kit.  From start to finish I am very impressed with the new look.    I had the boat up for sale last year but changed my mind.  Boy I'm glad I did.  Now I'm making it even better. No more carpet to deal with lol!

That looks fantastic. We have a 246 Captiva that I wouldn't mind upgrading if the cost is not too outrageous. Would you care to share what the cost might run?

Thanks.   I had to buy a template kit first. It was $19. Then the Rinker logo was an extra $30. Everything was $870 total

Did you take up your floor snaps and glue that down or would that work as a snap on floor covering?

Took all the snaps out and filled the holes with 3M 5200 caulk.   Seadek is permanent. It doesn't snap in and out.    I cleaned the floor really good with acetone.  I also used 3M primer 94 to help the bonding of the 3M backing on the Seadek.  It's a peel and stick process.

@Jameylee. A professional installation group was at a big marina I visited last summer. They were doing work on a very expensive Mastercraft Ski Boat. The lead hand didt you did: Thorough clean with aceton, dry ragged the area, 5200 in any holes, sprayed on a bonding agent (not sure which one) and then rolled that stuff down with some pretty decent sized (weight) rollers. It was a weathered gray, low heat product according to the guys with black caulk lines. It looked amazing!

that is nice, great job! I would like to do the whole boat in that stuff.....list ahead of it however comes first......but thanks for the inspiration!
