Can anyone tell me what the things are on my swim platform?

Can anyone identify what these things are and what they are for?  Who manufactures them and what do they do?

I'm pretty sure those are for the Weaver Davits which were fitted as an option on express cruisers.  Not sure who makes the cover plate though.

They are covering up where the davits would have gone if you had the dingy package. They are preventing a trip hazard now.
