So boat is pulled out, is the staining on drives ok? Also should I paint where some of the black paint was taken off by the muffle when it was being winterized or is it not a big deal? Its a fresh water boat. Also How does the hull paint look it was in the water 7 months? to me it looks fine but have no experience at all with hull paint.

anodes looked fine and were done last year.

pics attached. eriance at all with hull pai

Typical for fresh water. Most of that stuff will come off with a pressure washer. Looks like you have a bit of corrosion on the stbd outdrive.  I'd plan on sanding and painting before she goes back in the water.

One item of concern:  your hull bottom paint goes right up to the edge of the outdrive.  It's bad to have electrical continuity between the paint and the drives.  To minimize corrosion, you need a 1" stripe of unpainted fiberglass between the drive and the bottom paint.

Other than that, your bottom paint is in great shape!

There should be anodes on your trim tabs and some are missing on your trim cylinders, for the rest I agree wit LaRea

Your boat name reminds me of the guys on Labade (beach on Haiti owned by Royal Caribbean)  selling frozen drinks called Labadoozies. :)

Yeah it was the previous boat owners name, we will change it next year when we think of a good one :)

ok..will scrub the drives clean and use some touch up paint on them when I get a chance.

Actually, I can't really tell whether the drives have corrosion or just mud.  Scrub it hard with a wet brush and take a close look at it.  Any areas where you have corrosion/pitting should be sanded down to bright metal, primed and painted.

That's an interesting way of getting the boat out of the water for storage.  Never seen that before.

Yeah they store it right in my covered slip that way. They use hoists and slings and then just block it right in place.

Its actually a good idea on the marinas part, since it keeps the snow off the boats, and means I dont need a trailer :) and I dont need anywhere to put it. Also dont need to plastic wrap it.

I think its mostly grime, where they wiped it off to put in the antifreeze is all shiney black.

When the ice freezes I will go and have a look at it and bring a brush and some towls and see if its grime and needs painting
