Thanks Patrick. Man, took me a lot longer from start to finish than I originally anticipated. But that's probably because it was the first time I'd done I'd undertaken this project so there was lots of learning. Think it would be quicker should I do it again (which I'm not looking forward to anytime soon!)
Where on the Potomac are you? I'm slipped at Quantico. I had more corrosion than you did this past season. I think it was due to some stray current in my Marina (boats don't move/neglected). I just did my drives this past week. I did all the sanding, and I used a marine epoxy to fill in the pitting. I gave each drive 2 coats of primer and then I used Trilux 33 (brushed on, not spray). Hopefully they will hold up better this season!
