Potable water fittings on 250 FV

Does anyone know what brand or type of fittings are on all the Peks tubing on all the potable water lines?  I am replacing the water heater and need to purchase the proper fittings for it.  Also. I have read that you shouldn't use plastic fittings for hot water heaters, (even though that's what mine had from the factory), so are there brass fittings that are compatible with the plastic Peks system?

Good question...  The connector at my ice maker cracked and I'm also hoping to replace it with brass.

Shark Bite connectors at H.D. work with the peks tubing nicely.

What water heater are you replacing with? I just did one on my 2006 250 EC. It took many hours and we ran into some surprises. Send me a note if you get stuck.

I replaced it with a slightly upgraded one (1500W vs.1400W) and the install was a piece of cake, relatively speaking.  On my '04, the water heater is accessible behind the cooler recess and under the trash can in the cockpit.
