    Geez BD, you need to move to MD and get a 400!  I don't burn much more fuel than you.  :-)  I will say I had never paid much attention to how high the RPMs are and low top speed is on a 342 until I was riding on one again this past weekend.  For some reason I thought they'd cruise about the same as my old 310 or my 400, which is about 3800rpm at 32/33mph.
    DI that is about what I get. Again my tacks are a little funky but not to bad. If I give my more RPM's I can get mid 40's under right conditions......
