service manual for 2005 350 MPI motor

I have looked through the site and archives and maybe it is there but I'm not understanding the different models...my engine serial number is OW038097. I have downloaded 31 which is dated 2008 but does obviously not have my serial number and is newer- I found another post that listed all sorts of manuals/years/serial numbers and maybe I don't understand how the serial numbers are presented. Anyone know a little more about this and can advise which manual I need?? It looks like looking through the 08 manual the motor is pretty much the same- it has several different styles of risor options which is what I'm looking at and want to make sure I'm looking at the right set up.

hmmm, this looks like it was published in 1999 and I'm in a 2005. I don't see a serial number page but obviously it would not say it covered my motor  as it's 2005 unless they put out a supplement page to add newer models...thanks for the info, I will look through it but not sure it nails down my motor or not!
