340/342 headroom at the helm

Hi all!
The wife and I looked at a couple of Rinkers this past month (a 2001 340 and a 2002 342) and we fell in love with them. The only problem I have found is that my head rubs against the bimini top on both boats while standing at the helm. I am only 6 ft tall and these are the only boats i have been on that I have found that I can't comfortably stand. And I do tend to stand a lot while driving the boat.
I am curious if anyone else has experience with this. I have looked at adjusting the frame for the bimini top but I would either have to move it every time I drive or replace the front (and possibly side) canvas to make up for the change in height.
I don't know, maybe I'm just being picky
Other than that the boats appear to be what we are looking for.

I will check again, I do love the layout of the 342. And the 310 is also an option, the canvas was taken down on the only one we have looked at.
I really appreciate the replies. Hope to have a new boat before lift in
I will make sure to post here when I do.
