Raymarine charges $0.00 to install software updates

If anybody needs to update the software on their older Raymarine nav electronics, you might be interested to know that Raymarine will do it absolutely free.  

If you have an older Raymarine multi-function display, like the C80 Classic on my boat, you can't install software updates yourself.  (Only the newer MFDs can do that.)  I needed some updates, and there's nobody near me who could install them.  Raymarine's customer service told me "just ship the items to us, and we'll update them free of charge as a warranty repair."

They didn't even charge me for return shipping!  I'm a happy customer.
