Like most boat builders, Rinker does not publish model-specific owner manuals.  If you have a question and you can't find the answer, this forum is a great place to ask questions.

Claude, as LaRea says the manual they give you isn't that great, it's more of a safety manual (avoid carbon monixide fumes, etc).  What is more important is to have manuals for your independent systems (the motor, battery charger, the air con, the fridge, the radio, TV, etc).  Unlike cars, the boating industry dosn't consolidate all the info into 1 manual. They just give you the manuals from the suppliers of the systems.  If you didn't get these from the owner, then spend some time looking at each system and note the brand and model number. Then go online and download the manual, most are available in pdf format.  Print these out and have them available on your boat in a protective binder.

https://www.boatbuys.com/boat-tests/2001-rinker-fiesta-vee-270_27  there is a lot of info you can pull off google search....I thought I would find an original brochure on the boat.....you might contact Rinker and see if they have one on the shelf but that would not be likely I'm sure....I have an 06 and the owner had a boat bag with all the info on the systems including the Rinker brochure and to be honest, have hardly even looked at it...either I get the info here, youtube or just a quick google search offers the answers!

As @MarkB said, look at various items and get that data - A/C unit model, it’s pump, freshwater pump, head pump, engine model and serial, battery charger model etc. most is out there or if you can’t find it I am sure someone here has it. I have lots for the various systems and a few extras thinking “that may be mine” to find it want but was useful.

People tend to think a boat is analogous to a car, so where's the manual?  A boat is more analogous to a house, and we don't expect manuals there ... it's different systems like fridge, stove, hot water tank, potable water system, electrical system, etc.
