Polisher for around bow rails??

How are you guys polishing up around the bow rails? I cant see how I can get by polisher down in there? I guess could do by hand, but I can't see that doing as good a job as power polisher?

I'm currently using a drill with a 4in foam Velcro pad attachment.    I bought the Velcro drill disc and a set of 6 pads for around $10 on eBay.  They come from China so expect to wait 20 days for delivery.  If I were to do it again I'd order the set with more pads, they tend to get chewed up when you run them up against fittings, hinges etc.  
...they do work nicely especially around the dash area.
