Rinker 232CC (2005) ELECTRICAL DIAGRAM

Recently picked up the boat that had been in storage for 5 years -- No start, dead battery, etc. After a new battery, I checked for ignition -- found only 5.8-6.1Volts at the helm.  Is there an electrical diagram available for this vessel?
