Check the wires at the breaker.  My guess is you have a loose ground somewhere in that circuit.  You can check the ground from the blower back to the bonding bar as well.  Mine is located in the engine room below the battery switches.

In my mind its either got to be a wiring issue or the breaker is bad.  If you have an extra acc breaker not being used than switch the blower and acc breakers.  Confirm they are the correct size.  Both are probably 10amp.  This will rule out or confirm the breaker as the issue.

It is a 6 amp I already switched it out with a 10 and still Trip... so you're saying there will still be a bar somewhere

If your vent hose is plugged the fan may pull too many amps. Does the breaker blow immediately or does it take a few seconds?

Yes.  I would reach out to Rinker and ask them to send you the wiring diagram.  Yes on the bonding bar.  Essentially where all ground wires terminate.  The wiring diagram will give you an idea where it is and if there is one up at the helm as well.

Need a little more info..... Does it trip as soon as you turn it on? Does it run for a few seconds then trip?

Handy what makes you think the amps would go up if the duct is plugged? By the way we are talking about a 4" duct.

MarkB my guess would be the blower is dead heading so more resistance on the fan blade?  So higher amps.....

Ray. My question was not really a question. I'm an engineer and spec pumps and fans as a living.

If you dead head a pump the amps go down. Not up. For amps go go up you need to move fluid (water or air). An impeller that's just spinning around, sloshing in still fluid (when it is dead headed) does not draw many amps. It will overheat though as there's no new fluid to refresh and cool the casing.

Yes I totally understand how deadheading a pump or fan and the amps go down. I was thinking that that is what Handy was thinking. I am an electrician and (back in the day...LOL) installed many pumps. Now I fix trains and no pumps on those...lol

Don't need blowers with diesels just sayin

Actually many boats with diesels DO have blowers, not for moving fuel fumes, actually to pull air in for the engines.

And hydrogen build up from batteries.  Should always run the blower.
