This is an answer to a post on the subject long ago. The question was did I need to enlarge the opening to replace the Tundra 42 series with an Isotherm 130 series. The answer is yes, the opening had to be enlarged a wee bit. It fits, performs and looks fine. The door can be rehung to swing the other way. Ours came hinged at the side by the sink. We had it rehinged so the door opens toward the back of the boat. My apologies for being so late with this info. I hope it is still useful. BTW the drawing
