oxidized aluminum window frames

So, I have the boat looking great, but the window frames have a white, spotty look to them.  It appears it is oxidation, but I can't seem to find anything to fix it?  Any suggestions.  I have tried metal polish and never-dull wadding cloth, which helped, but still doesn't look great.

I am very happy with how the presta ultra cutting cream and performace boat candy crystal gloss wax worked out.  Doesn't look to bad for a 15 year old boat....

That's a toughie. Once it starts pitting like that, it does not 'clean'.

You might have to use various number grits of lapping compound or compound/polishing compound to polish it out. If you can find a small electric polisher it will make it a lot easier.

Pretty sure those frames are anodized, be a mess if you start sanding I think.
